The lighting system must be TownTune or, alternatively, it must be equal to the following criteria: The lighting system must feature ENEC-certified LED-based luminaires, suitable for new installation or 1:1 retrofit replacements of post top luminaires in the urban environment. The luminaire must be part of a family, extending application possibility throughout the area yet making maintenance needs cheaper and easier through shared components. The family shall offer flexibility to include, direct or future deployment, accessories to individualize look and feel by adding top canopies. In other versions in the family also a decorative ring can be added. This specification is valid for TownTune CCB (featuring a conical bowl with GentleBeam finish). It should offer a wide range of lumen outputs, with a system flux ranging from 600 up to 13,000 lumens in a flat PC bowl. A high efficacy of up to 135 Lm/W must be possible. A wide choice of at least 30 symmetrical, asymmetrical, and street optics must be available to optimize per application. The bowl must have GentleBeam finish to increase visual comfort yet keep maximum efficacy. An optional louvre for obtrusive or backlight (except for symmetric optic) must be available, also as retrofit. Also, a wide choice of color temperatures (730, 740, 727, 722 or 830) for the light engine must be available. An optimized ClearStar version with light color 518 or 420 is available for environmental sensitive situations. The lighting system must have a QR-based identification system that makes each luminaire uniquely identifiable, thereby enabling installation, maintenance, and spare part information to be easily and accurately referenced. The luminaires must be ingress protected to IP66, impact protected to IK10, and must have a spigot for post top 60mm or 76mm mast connection. The luminaires should also have a long lifetime of 100,000 hours at L93 minimum. And the system must have a wide choice of dimming and control options such as lineswitch, dynadim, CLO, Dali, up to Zhaga system ready Zd4i compatibility with Interact City to optimize efficiency via future-deployed intelligent lighting. Optionally also a bottom facing Zhaga system ready Zd4i socket for future sensors. The luminaire has a warranty period of 5 years.
