The lighting system must be Essential from Philips or, alternatively, it must be equal to the following criteria:Luminaire for surface mounted application with ENEC certification. The lighting should be office compliant with glare evaluation according to UGR rating (EN 12464-1) < 19. Suitable for workstations according to EN 12464-1 via limited luminance L ≤ 3000 cd/2 for beam angle above 65° all-round. The lighting should have diffused lens optical cover with symmetric limited wide light distribution made of PMMA material.
The lighting system should also offer a lifetime of 100,000 hours L80 with a 5-year manufacturer’s warranty. There must be a choice of lumen packages between 900lm to 8000lm to choose from for wide options of product lengths & system efficacy of up to 152 lm/W. It should include a choice of flicker-free drivers such as On/Off, DALI control, and integrated wireless connectivity. The luminaire when chosen with connected system should be with upgradable integrated sensors and/or wireless drivers for data collection, occupancy, daylight regulation and wayfinding. In addition, optional Emergency Lighting must be available. The luminaires must also have quick connectors to ensure fast installation. The LEDs must have a high CRI of 90, and a low SDCM of <3. Additional characteristics of the required lighting system include an operating temperature of +10 to +35ºC, a performance ambient temperature (Tq) of +25ºC, a control gear failure rate of 5% at median useful life 50,000 hours. The housing should be made of at least 55% recycled or mass-balanced bio-circular plastics with unique textures, and the color must be white (RAL 9003), Black (RAL9004), Grey (RAL9006) or other on-trend colors including Satin Brass, Satin Bronze and Satin Cappuccino.              
It should comply to safety class (EN 61140): II, protection rating (DIN EN 60529): IP20, impact resistance level in accordance with IEC 62262: IK04, testing temperature of wire glow test in accordance with IEC 60695-2-11: 650 °C. The luminaire complies with the fundamental requirements of applicable EU regulations and product safety legislation and bears the CE symbol. Additionally, product must be Recyclable and have EPD declaration from the manufacturer.
